“I slowly put on weight during nursing school. It was a slow climb. Late classes, poor choices and celebrations for good grades tipped the scale in an unfavorable position. I was about to graduate and lead others to health. How could I be an example for my patients when I didn’t look or feel my personal best? I took charge of my health by joining the Diet Center Program. I lost 37 pounds in 7 weeks and I’ve never felt better. The program just makes sense. You eat every day foods and still lose weight.
