Slip, Don’t Fall

It’s easy to lose motivation if you had a few slips during the holidays, or you live where there is cold winter weather and less sunny days. Exercise has been found to help people feel good. It can improve your mood and self-esteem. Exercise provides a distraction from stressful events, and it helps you get rid of feelings of frustration or anger. If you’re feeling less motivated, consider beginning an exercise routine. It can help boost your motivation for the New Year!  Set a new exercise goal with your Diet Center Counselor.  We will keep you accountable to pushing forward and ask on your visits each week.  Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym–however physical activity while dropping weight will give you that sleek, slim look you crave.  Happy 2016!!
